UPDATE | SIU says missing Bentley sold, dealer ordered to provide records
The unit said the Bentley currently displayed on the dealership floor is not the vehicle that is the subject of the investigation.
The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) says it has not yet located the Bentley Continental GT at the centre of its Tembisa Hospital corruption investigation.
According to the SIU, Omar Motor Den in Emalahleni has admitted that it sold the vehicle.

The unit said the Bentley currently displayed on the dealership floor is not the vehicle that is the subject of the investigation and preservation orders.
The SIU said Omar Motor Den has been given until Tuesday, June 9, to provide its appointed curator with all documentation relating to the sale of the vehicle, including records relating to ownership and information on its current whereabouts.
The development follows the execution of Special Tribunal orders obtained by the SIU in connection with the luxury vehicle, which investigators believe is linked to assets restrained as part of the Tembisa Hospital corruption probe.
According to the SIU, Omar Motor Den and its owner, Yusuf Omar, are also required to appear before the Special Tribunal on July 3 to explain why they should not be held in contempt of court.
The SIU said the Tribunal may impose sanctions, including imprisonment, if it finds the respondents in contempt.
