There is a level 2 yellow severe thunderstorm warning for parts of the Western Cape on Thursday. The South African Weather Service said that residents could expect localised flooding, thunder and small hail and localised damage to infrastructure.

Large parts of the country will experience cloudy conditions on Thursday.
